Terms and conditions

PENZI is an adult-oriented Kenyan video-streaming service supplied by Mobiportal. It provides access to fictional and dramatized relationship stories through a supported mobile or web connection. Content availability may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use the mobile number and airtime account used for payment. By selecting the operator's Subscribe, Confirm or equivalent consent action, you expressly request activation and accept these terms.

PENZI costs KSh 15 per day. The charge is recurring and is deducted from your mobile airtime or other operator-approved balance every day until you cancel. Your mobile operator's consent screen will display the charge before activation. Normal mobile-data charges may apply when using the service.

Access begins after your mobile operator confirms a successful subscription. A failed or declined charge may suspend access. Service access depends on network coverage, a compatible device, sufficient data and the continued availability of the operator billing connection.

You may cancel at any time using the unsubscribe or subscription-management option provided by your mobile operator, or by contacting PENZI support. Cancellation stops future daily renewals. Access may continue until the end of the period already paid for. Where your operator provides a cancellation keyword or shortcode, it will also be shown in the operator's subscription messaging.

Charges for an activated daily access period are normally non-refundable, except where required by Kenyan law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed. Report billing queries promptly with the affected mobile number and transaction details. Never send us your SIM PIN, mobile-money PIN or one-time password.

We process only information reasonably required to activate, operate, secure and support PENZI, such as a mobile-number identifier, subscription status, billing confirmations, technical logs and support correspondence. Information is handled for specified purposes and subject to applicable Kenyan data-protection requirements. We do not ask for your mobile-money PIN or SIM PIN.

PENZI grants you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to stream the service. You must not copy, rebroadcast, sell, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer or bypass security controls protecting the service or its content.

PENZI may include mature themes, relationship conflict and fictional portrayals intended for adults. Stories do not constitute financial, legal, medical or relationship advice. Viewer discretion is advised.

We aim to keep PENZI available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Mobiportal is not responsible for outages caused by mobile networks, internet providers, unsupported devices, scheduled maintenance or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes to the price or subscription terms will be disclosed before they take effect and, where required, new consent will be requested. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and applicable consumer rights remain protected.
